The single most accessible fund on the current list. WFBA can apply now without a charity number. Key requirements to confirm before applying:

• Bank account exists and requires two signatories (update ASSUMPTIONS.md)
• Organisation is constituted (i.e. has a constitution or governing document)
• Project starts at least 16 weeks after application submission

Strong framing angles: community music participation, youth access, removal of cost barriers, progression from first access into ensemble membership.

Must show majority of beneficiaries are from the community (not paid members). Outreach workshops or starter band are the cleanest fit — not the existing bands.
