This is the highest-scoring opportunity in the pipeline. Youth Music’s entire mission overlaps with WFBA’s outreach work. Key fit signals:

• Focus on young people facing barriers (access, cost, geography)
• Safeguarding as core requirement — WFBA has DBS and safeguarding framework in place [inferred: public website]
• Progression pathway from first access into ensemble membership maps directly to their theory of change
• School outreach and community music are both explicitly funded
